The Oilfield Services Division has developed a diligent system for auditing and inspecting the terminal facilities in which they operate. It is our focus to observe the work processes and facilities by ensuring that our employees have the necessary tools available to achieve operational excellence.
Compromising safety is the same as compromising the well-being of our employees which is not acceptable. A strong disciplined approach to safety and loss prevention provides the Company with the opportunity to secure insurance coverage at rates better than our competitors. Therefore safety becomes a competitive advantage. To the best of our ability, we provide safe operations with zero defects, measure progress and identify our strengths and weaknesses.

Our goal of zero defects starts with our people. We review each job separately and select our best people for every job. Pre-Job Planning and Pre-Job Safety Reports are prepared before, during and after job completion.
Our business units have excellent safety behaviors in place to achieve operational excellence. Safe work habits should be maintained at all times and busy seasons are not an excuse to act in a negligent manner.
