In order to accomplish our future vision, management, field, operations and administrative personnel believe that:
We have weaknesses and there is a need to continually improve;

  • Claims and injuries can be reduced;
  • Most incidents are preventable;
  • Safe work habits and procedures should be implemented and updated regularly.

We are able to report and measure the safety performance of our employees. By undertaking the opportunity to record and assess problem areas we can identify our mistakes and continuously improve.
Our management team communicates safety messages through work site tours, in-house orientations and instruction, verbal and written communication, and oilfield bulletins. Our safety program goals and performance expectations, hazardous identification and corrective measures, allocation of safety responsibilities and accountability are identified on a regular basis.
